Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Client Service Associate to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with clients through online communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product/service recommendations. 3. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our online system. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Motivated and eager to learn and grow within the company. 5. Adaptability to changing situations and willingness to take on new challenges. 6. Knowledge of online communication platforms and customer relationship management systems.
