Job Description - Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Service Officer to join our team at T-Mobile in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, driven, have excellent attention to detail, and possess critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through online chat, email, and phone communication channels. 2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues with a high level of accuracy. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. 6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of T-Mobile products, services, promotions, and policies. 7. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates. 8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive customer loyalty.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms, email, and phone systems. 7. Knowledge of mobile telecommunications industry is a plus. 8. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
