Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Online Client Service Officer to join our team at WestRock in London, England. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for professional growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong work ethic and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various online platforms to provide assistance and support - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Process online orders and ensure timely delivery to clients - Manage client accounts, update information, and provide any necessary follow-up - Collaborate with team members to improve overall client satisfaction and exceed performance goals - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication platforms - Hardworking and motivated attitude towards achieving goals - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred - A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
