Job Description - Online Client Service Officer

Job description: Boeing is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Online Client Service Officer to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and possess strong problem-solving and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with enquiries and provide timely and accurate information through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. - Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner. - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in finding solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
