Job Description - Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


Texas Instruments is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online clients through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone. 2. Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction. 3. Offer innovative solutions to enhance the online client experience and improve service delivery. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary. 5. Utilize negotiation skills to address client concerns and reach mutually beneficial resolutions. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist online clients. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall client service strategy.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client service or a customer-facing role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM software is preferred. 7. Demonstrated innovation and creativity in customer service solutions. 8. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
