As an Online Client Service Specialist at Dick’s Sporting Goods in London, England, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to online clients while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
Responsibilities: - Interact with online clients via various communication channels (email, chat, phone) to assist with product inquiries, order processing, returns, and general customer service inquiries. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize critical thinking and creativity to provide personalized solutions to meet the needs of online clients. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer experience, including product teams, IT support, and warehouse operations. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions. - Stay informed about current products, promotions, and company policies to accurately assist clients.
Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced online retail environment. - Strong soft skills in critical thinking and creativity to problem-solve effectively and provide personalized solutions to clients. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems preferred. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
