Job Description - Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking an Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience working with clients in a customer service or related role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online customer service to clients through various platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless online experience for clients - Manage online client interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in online client service


Requirements: - Passionate and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong people management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients - Proficient in conducting research to address client needs and provide solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced online environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
