Job Description - Online Client Service Specialist

Job description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at Fiserv in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to clients. 3. Managing client accounts, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 5. Monitoring and responding to social media messages and comments from clients. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experience and service delivery. 7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 8. Up-selling products and services to existing clients to increase revenue.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable with a positive attitude towards problem-solving. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate with clients when necessary. 3. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer service software. 4. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service to clients. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as needed. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
