Job Description:
Palantir Technologies is seeking a dedicated Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service online.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via email, chat, and other online platforms to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing difficulties with our online products or services. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 4. Analyze client interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely in written form. 2. Excellent critical thinking skills to quickly assess and address client needs. 3. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients' emotions and concerns. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced online environment. 5. Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms. 6. Experience in a client service role or a customer-facing position is preferred.
