Job Description:
As an Online Client Support Assistant at Cisco, based in our London office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our online clients. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platforms. 3. Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. 5. Conduct virtual presentations and training sessions for clients as needed. 6. Proactively identify areas for improvement in client support processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling client information securely.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and resilient attitude when faced with challenging situations. 2. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills to manage workload efficiently. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Familiarity with online support platforms and customer relationship management systems. 6. Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity. 7. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
