Job Description - Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


As an Online Client Support Assistant at Comcast in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online channels. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their accounts, services, or troubleshooting any issues they may be facing. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Confident and independent personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and time management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
