Job Description:
NetApp is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a candidate who is independent, energetic, and possesses strong presentation and time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone or online. 2. Provide support and troubleshooting for clients experiencing software or hardware issues. 3. Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions. 4. Document all client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 5. Assist in creating user guides and FAQs for clients to troubleshoot common issues independently. 6. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support techniques. 7. Work efficiently in a remote environment, demonstrating excellent time management skills and meeting all client support SLAs. 8. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a client support role. 2. Strong presentation and communication skills. 3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. 4. Independent and energetic personality. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection. 7. Knowledge of technical support best practices. 8. Experience in the IT industry is a plus. 9. Must be located in London, England, UK.
