Job Description - Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Genesis Healthcare is seeking a passionate and driven Online Client Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to learn and grow with us.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to online clients through various channels such as chat, phone, and email. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, account management, and issue resolution. 3. Build relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Utilize time management skills to efficiently respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 5. Use persuasive techniques to promote additional products and services to clients. 6. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 2. Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strong persuasion skills to promote products and services to clients effectively. 5. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and applications. 8. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 9. Must be authorized to work in the UK.
