Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Online Client Support Associate to join our Macy's team in London, England. As an entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the retail industry while providing excellent customer service to our online clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with order placements, product inquiries, returns, and any other requests they may have - Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our clients - Resolve any client issues or complaints efficiently and effectively - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Energetic and driven personality with a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms - Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
