Job Description - Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:


WESCO International is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Client Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Online Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.


Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and courteous responses to online client inquiries via email, chat, and phone. - Assist clients with product and service inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. - Identify opportunities to improve online client experience and satisfaction. - Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to change. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
