Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


ConAgra Foods is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting our online clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitoring client performance and identifying areas for improvement - Providing training and guidance to clients on using our online platform effectively - Conducting research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices - Creating and delivering presentations to clients as needed


Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Excellent research and presentation skills - 5 years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of online platforms and digital marketing - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
