Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Online Client Support Manager to join our team at 3M in London, England. As an Associate Level Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with online clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, resolving client issues, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to online clients - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Lead online client training sessions to increase product knowledge and usage - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track client success and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5 years of experience in online client support or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong strategic planning abilities - Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
