Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America in London, England, UK. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients who require assistance or information via online platforms such as email, chat, or social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, complaints, and requests - Conduct troubleshooting and technical support for clients experiencing online platform issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference - Proactively identify areas for improvement in the online client support process - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support


Requirements: - Independent and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Excellent problem-solving skills to effectively address client issues and concerns - Strong people management skills to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams - Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
