Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Marriott International is seeking an Online Client Support Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but we are looking for candidates who are resilient, energetic, persuasive, and skilled in planning. The primary responsibility of the Online Client Support Representative is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance through online chat, email, and social media channels. 2. Assist clients with booking reservations, making changes to existing reservations, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Proactively reach out to clients to provide information on special promotions, packages, and hotel amenities. 4. Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. 6. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions.


Requirements: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Must be resilient, energetic, persuasive, and skilled in planning. 6. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
