Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Group 1 Automotive is currently seeking an Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent and passionate about providing excellent customer support.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support to clients experiencing issues with our online platform - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to address client needs and issues effectively - Documenting client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Assisting with the development and implementation of client support processes and procedures - Providing feedback to the development team on potential improvements to our online platform based on client feedback - Supporting other departments as needed with client-related tasks


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems and online platforms - A passion for providing exceptional client service - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
