Job Description - Online Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


BB&T Corp. is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position should have at least 1 year of experience in customer support and possess strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online support to clients through email, chat, and phone communication channels. 2. Assist clients with account management, online transactions, and technical issues. 3. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve processes. 7. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies. 8. Contribute to team goals and targets for client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and reliable individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of online platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
