Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Marriott International is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry. As an Online Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests who reach out to the contact center via online channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist guests with booking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and providing information about Marriott International properties - Use emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with guests' needs and concerns - Present information in a clear and concise manner to ensure guests have a positive experience - Work independently to manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively - Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve overall performance - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow up as needed


Requirements: - Must be independent and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with guests - Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with guests - No prior experience required - we will provide training - Must be proficient in using online communication platforms - Available to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - Eligible to work in the UK
