Online Contact Center Assistant

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking an Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are motivated, hardworking, and have excellent project management and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services - Process customer requests, including policy changes and claims - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Adhere to company policies and procedures
