Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Computer Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and have a strong ability to manage people effectively.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers - Manage customer relationships and ensure customer retention - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any concerns or complaints - Assist with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to different communication styles and customer needs - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services - Ability to manage people and resolve conflicts effectively - Familiarity with CRM systems and online contact center platforms - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
