Job Description - Online Contact Center Associate

As an Online Contact Center Associate at Reinsurance Group of America in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels including email, live chat, and social media platforms. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are dedicated and resourceful, with excellent time management and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with navigating the company's website and online tools. 3.
