Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager

Job Description: Viacom is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in London, England. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess the confidence and energy necessary to lead a team of contact center agents to success. As a Mid-to-Senior Level manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing coaching and guidance as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence - Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the performance of the contact center - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and energetic personality - Critical thinking and project management skills
