Job Description:
NGL Energy Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As the Online Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our online customer service center, ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service and driving efficiency in our online communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing strategies to improve productivity and deliver outstanding customer service - Develop and maintain online customer service standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback received through online channels - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology advancements in online customer service management - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Maintain a positive and professional working environment within the online contact center team - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in online customer service management or a related role - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of online customer service representatives - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and resourceful with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong time management and organizational skills - Experience with presentation software and tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools
