Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team at TJX in London, England, UK. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, this role requires a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and resilient, possessing excellent critical thinking skills and adaptability.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the online contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement - Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Train and mentor contact center staff to provide exceptional service to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as a Contact Center Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Knowledge of online contact center technologies and trends - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
