Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Ryder System is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide assistance with online account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer queries - Conduct online research to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred
