Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at Verizon in London, England, UK. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally. 3. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and advancements to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Passionate and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to customer emotions and needs. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
