Job Description:
Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently - Monitor social media platforms and engage with customers through various online channels - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns
Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual - Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
