Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


The Online Contact Center Specialist at Home Depot in London, England, UK is responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels such as chat support, email, and social media. The specialist will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide product information to customers in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and are resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media promptly and professionally - Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge - Adhere to company policies and procedures


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues - Planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
