Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team at DISH Network in London, England, UK. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support through various online platforms including chat, email, and social media.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. 2. Provide technical support for DISH Network products and services. 3. Monitor online platforms for customer feedback and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Work with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving online customer support.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Adaptable and dedicated with a strong work ethic. 5. Strategic planning and decision-making skills. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 7. Knowledge of DISH Network products and services is a plus.
