Job Description:
T-Mobile is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level role with a requirement of 2 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be independent and dedicated with strong research and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch online customer service through chat, email, and social media platforms - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to provide accurate and thorough responses to customer queries - Present information clearly and effectively to assist customers with decision-making - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of T-Mobile products, services, and promotions - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a high level of customer care - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently - Strong research and presentation skills - Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for customer interactions - High school diploma or equivalent required
