Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Unity Technologies is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates should possess a proactive and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure consistent service delivery - Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the creation of online customer support materials and resources - Work independently to resolve customer issues and escalations - Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Independent and proactive work ethic - Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Excellent analytical skills to identify and solve customer issues - Effective communication skills in written and verbal English - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
