As an Online Customer Care Associate at Frontier Communications in London, England, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Assist customers with technical issues related to our products and services. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and reliable personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions. 2. Strong presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. 5. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM software.
