Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Avon Products is seeking an Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product inquiries - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure customers' needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and energetic personality - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and software - Experience in beauty or retail industry is a plus
