Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


General Motors is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online platforms including chat, email, and social media - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions - Assist with online sales, including processing orders, resolving payment issues, and coordinating shipping logistics - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction


Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong customer service background - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and online communication platforms - Experience with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
