Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Discover Financial Services is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in London, England. This position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, and possess strong planning and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer care operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns. - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall online customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in online customer care. - Oversee a team of online customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. - Handle escalated customer issues and prioritize resolutions based on customer needs and company policies.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in online customer care or a related role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Experience managing a team of customer care representatives. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of online customer care best practices and trends.
