Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Nike is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in London, UK. As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online customer care operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner - Monitor customer feedback and utilize data to make informed decisions - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care - Create and maintain customer care policies and procedures - Train new customer care representatives on company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Strong problem-solving and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
