Job Description:
Qualcomm, a global leader in the development and commercialization of cutting-edge technologies, is seeking an Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing our online customer care team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of online customer care representatives to provide excellent customer service through various digital channels such as email, live chat, and social media. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online customer care experience and increase customer retention. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience. - Train and mentor online customer care representatives to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care to continuously improve processes and performance.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
