Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. This part-time role will primarily focus on providing excellent customer care through online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences. 7. Utilize emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to de-escalate tense situations and find mutually beneficial solutions.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 4.
