Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a talented Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent planning and communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Experience with online customer service platforms is a plus.
