Airgas is seeking a passionate and confident Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who are eager to grow and develop within our company. The Online Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Managing online customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Processing online orders and ensuring prompt delivery - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborating with the sales team to drive online sales and meet targets - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to improve customer experience - Assisting with website maintenance and updates as needed
