Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Owens & Minor is seeking a talented Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate for this role should be driven, passionate, possess leadership qualities, and have strong persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order tracking, and issue resolution - Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
