Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at NetApp in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level role with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics to address customer needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Resilience to handle challenging customer interactions - Confidence to make decisions independently - Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and understand their needs - Cooperative attitude to collaborate with team members and other departments - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools - Proficiency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
