Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at Barnes & Noble in London, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online platforms including email, chat, and social media - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Effectively research products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Utilize cooperation skills to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to overall team success - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills to effectively gather information and provide accurate responses to customers - Excellent cooperation skills to work collaboratively with team members and other departments - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks - Experience working with online customer service platforms is a plus
