Job Description:
Wyndham Worldwide is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a hardworking and passionate individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online customer service operations including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Implement and maintain online customer service policies and procedures - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms - Analyze customer service data and metrics to track performance and identify trends - Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for online customer service representatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
