Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Oneok is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online orders, payments, and account management - Provide product information, pricing, and availability - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds - Maintain customer records and communicate feedback to the appropriate departments - Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the industry

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in project management and strategic planning - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Experience in using customer service software and online platforms - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
