Job Description:
We are looking for a resilient and confident Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Penske Automotive Group in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize innovative approaches to problem-solving and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. 4. Persuade customers to consider additional products or services that may benefit them. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and common issues.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to customer problems. 4. Strong persuasion skills to upsell products or services. 5. Resilient attitude and ability to handle difficult customers with grace. 6. Confidence in dealing with challenging situations. 7.
